The company is located in Indore, India, and is known for delivering high-quality cutting solutions to customers.

Role Description

Sales Support

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Support & CRM Management:

• Prepare and customize technical quotations for customers.
• Manage the document filing system using 

  OneDrive

   (saving, retrieving, and organizing versions).
• Send quotations to clients via email/phone and perform professional follow-ups.
• Maintain the 

  CRM database

  , logging every interaction, tracking sent quotations, and monitoring deal progress.

2. Operations & Inventory Tracking:

• Use 

  Microsoft Excel

   to track the status of incoming international/domestic shipments.
• Maintain an up-to-date inventory log of machine stock and spare parts.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely updates.

3. Marketing & Content Creation:

• Update technical brochures and sales collaterals using 

  Canva

  .
• Create engaging video content of our machines (walkthroughs, demos) and edit them for social media.
• Manage the company’s 

  LinkedIn

   and 

  YouTube

   pages, posting regular updates to increase visibility.

Requirements:

• Communication:

   Excellent spoken and written English is a must. You must be confident speaking to clients.

• Tech Stack:

   Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, tracking sheets), OneDrive, and CRM software.

• Creative Skills:

   Experience with 

  Canva

   and basic video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, InShot, or Premiere Rush).

• Organization:

   Highly organized with the ability to manage data and files without errors.

• Education:

   Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant technical field.
