We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Travel Desk Executive to manage and coordinate travel-related activities for our employees. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end travel arrangements including flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa processing, transport coordination, and travel expense reconciliation, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with company policies. Key Responsibilities: Manage domestic and international travel bookings (flights, hotels, trains, taxis) for employees and executives. Coordinate with travel agencies and vendors to negotiate the best rates and ensure timely bookings. Handle visa processing and documentation for international travel. Ensure travel requests are processed as per the company’s travel policy and budget. Maintain a database of travel bookings, costs, and itineraries. Prepare and share travel itineraries with concerned employees. Provide 24/7 support during emergencies or travel changes/cancellations. Process travel reimbursements and expense reports in coordination with the Finance team. Monitor travel trends and suggest improvements to optimize cost and convenience. Maintain records of frequent flyer programs, hotel loyalty memberships, etc. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in a corporate setting). Knowledge of travel regulations and visa procedures is an advantage.
