Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Associate, located in the London Area, United Kingdom. This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Marketing and Sales Associate in London

The Marketing and Sales Associate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive sales and revenue growth. Additionally, this role will involve generating leads, identifying sales opportunities, pitching products and services to clients, and maintaining strong customer relationships.


Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Marketing: Develop and execute promotional campaigns, create content for social media and digital platforms, and explore new ways to enhance brand visibility.

•⁠ ⁠Market Testing: Continuously test and optimize various marketing channels to maximize lead generation and conversion rates while ensuring cost-effective marketing strategies.

· Sales and Customer Service: Generate new leads, proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, and present personalized kitchen solutions that align with their lifestyle and preferences. Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales.

•⁠ ⁠Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our services to provide expert advice on products and services to prospects and partners.

•⁠ ⁠Client Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients to provide a personalised sales journey from consultation to purchase.

•⁠ ⁠Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.

•⁠ ⁠Collaboration: Work closely with the team and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

•⁠ ⁠Market Insight: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

•⁠ Marketing, ⁠Sales, Business Development, and Negotiation skills

•⁠ ⁠Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Technology Services and/or Software

•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in HubSpot and other related sales tools

•⁠ ⁠Lead Generation and Client Relationship Management skills

•⁠ ⁠Strong analytical skills to test and optimise various marketing channels

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and presentation skills

•⁠ ⁠Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

•⁠ ⁠⁠ ⁠Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously with attention to detail
