Position Overview

Sales & Marketing Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct

  technical product demonstrations

  for customers

• Test customer samples

  using our instruments and prepare

  technical reports

• Communicate results and provide product recommendations to clients
• Identify and develop a

  database of potential clients

• Perform

  cold calling, emailing, and follow-ups

• Explain product features, applications, and benefits to customers
• Support in lead generation and order conversion
• Maintain customer communication records
• Assist in exhibitions, webinars, and promotional activities as required

Required Qualifications

• Diploma / BE / BTech / BSc / MSc in

  Electronics, Instrumentation, Physics, Chemistry, or related fields/ any science background

• Strong

  communication and presentation skills

• Ability to understand and explain

  technical concepts to customers

• Basic knowledge of

  sales, marketing, or business development

  (preferred)
• Proficiency in

  MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  and email communication
• Willingness to learn, travel for client visits, and work in a technical sales environment (travel is extremely rare and most of the work is to be done in office, however, one should be open to travel if needed)

• Confidence in client interaction
• Analytical thinking skills
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
• Knowledge of laboratory instruments or sensors is an advantage
