Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Sales Marketing Assistant. The candidate will support the sales and marketing team in developing and executing strategies to drive business growth. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, assisting in sales support, maintaining customer relationships, and collaborating on marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products and services. The role requires proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders
• Knowledge of market research and analytical techniques to gather and interpret industry insights
• Customer service excellence with the ability to resolve issues and build strong client relationships
• Proven skills in Sales and Sales & Marketing activities to support achieving company targets
• Proficiency in office software, data analysis tools, and CRM systems
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting and meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in sales or marketing roles is a plus
