Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
Actively seek out new sales prospects through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Schedule meetings with potential clients to understand their requirements and address their concerns.
Prepare and deliver engaging presentations on products and services.
Generate regular reports and reviews containing sales and financial data.
Ensure adequate stock availability for sales and product demonstrations.
Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and conferences.
Negotiate and close deals effectively, handling customer complaints or objections professionally.
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve collective goals and improve overall performance.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
Proficiency in English (both verbal and written).
Strong knowledge of MS Office tools.
Sound understanding of marketing principles and negotiation techniques.
Quick learner with a strong passion for sales.
Self-motivated and results-oriented approach.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Minimum qualification: High School Diploma (Bachelors degree preferred).
