Job Description

As a Business Development Officer/Manager at Golden Era Software Solution and Consultancy, your role involves marketing software products and services like Web, Software, Application, Android App Development, Design, and Digital marketing services to potential clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying prospects and developing sales strategies to secure profitable new business - Conducting sales/solutions calls, networking/marketing activities, and client meetings - Collaborating with the consulting team to strategize and build pipelines of quality solutions - Building and maintaining strong client relationships and strategic partnerships - Meeting regularly with internal Management to review sales efforts and set quarterly goals - Achieving revenue targets and engaging in branding and promotional activities for lead generation - Experience selling onsite-offshore development services and comfortable dealing with decision makers Key skills we are looking for include excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada, exposure to the software industry and latest technologies, willingness to travel for lead generation, and strong negotiation and closing skills.
