Job Description

As a Business Development Officer/Manager at Golden Era Software Solution and Consultancy, you will play a crucial role in marketing software products and services to potential clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Presenting and selling company services like Web Development, Software Development, Application Development, Android App Development, Design, and Digital Marketing services to potential clients. - Identifying prospects, developing sales strategies, and securing profitable new business by engaging in sales calls, networking activities, competitive analysis, and client meetings. - Collaborating with the consulting team to strategize and build pipelines of quality solutions while having a good understanding of technical jargons. - Building and maintaining strong client relationships, as well as establishing strategic partnerships to drive business growth. - Meeting regularly with the internal management to review sales efforts, set goals, and develop territory business plans. Key skills that we are looking for in a candidate include: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada; knowledge of other regional languages is an added advantage. - Good exposure to the software industry and staying updated with the latest technologies. - Willingness to travel for lead generation and engage in branding and promotional activities. - Ability to achieve revenue targets and experience in selling onsite-offshore development services. - Comfort in dealing with high-level decision-makers within organizations and possessing exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills. - Strong emphasis on listening and presenting appropriate solutions effectively. - Fieldwork may be required as part of the role.
