Key Responsibilities:

Source
Business Loan customers
via
DSA, DST, and open market channels
.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with DSAs and other sourcing partners.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for Business Loans.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines during sourcing and onboarding.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and expand the partner network.
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.

Required Skills & Experience:

5–8 years
of experience in
Business Loan sales
in Banks/NBFCs.
Strong knowledge of
DSA/DST network management
and open market sourcing.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive targets.
Familiarity with credit policies and documentation for Business Loans.

Preferred Background:

Candidates from
Banks/NBFCs
with exposure to
secured and unsecured Business Loans
.
Existing network of DSAs and open market contacts will be an added advantage
