Required Qualification Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree will be a plus. Extensive experience (8+ years) as a Core banking Business Architect or in a similar role within the financial services industry. In-depth knowledge of core banking systems, architectural principles, and industry best practices. Strong understanding of banking processes, products, and regulatory frameworks. Proven ability to lead and facilitate workshops, gather business requirements, and effectively manage stakeholders. Develop, maintain, and communicate the application architecture and application-level roadmap. Strong understanding and coding skills in Java, Core JAVA and Selenium. Experience in API automation and Test Data management techniques. Expertise in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Azure etc. Experience in Functional testing of Core banking applications like T24 and Payments applications like TPH Proficient in system integration concepts, data modeling, and all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle Project management experience would be advantageous. Good to have Certification: TOGAF, ARCHIMATE, ZACHMAN, or equivalent. Senior Enterprise Architect s will leverage a standard set of enterprise-wide artefacts such as Architecture, Technology and Operational standards, Engineering and Automation guidelines and Security policies.
