Associate Vice President - Disputes

The AVP, Disputes is responsible for providing leadership, development, and capability uplift to Associates in order to support customers and deliver superior customer service for all transactions. As the Lead, you will drive operational efficiency, productivity, and ensure compliance with risk and compliance obligations while assisting customers in achieving their goals. This role involves managing operational metrics, providing leadership, coaching, and development to Advisors.
