Job Description

  • Understanding and communicating how Channel Factory’s products and offerings will assist clients in reaching their marketing goals.
  • Managing client expectation, including proposal strategy, brief response, media plan creation.
  • Expand relationships through regular client communication.
  • Actively upsell and renew existing clients.
  • Supporting in business expansion and ad-hoc client requests.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in tech publishing or digital media agencies.
  • Preferably 3+ years of Google Ads experience, Google Ads or YouTube certification.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, planning and sales skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and graphs & PowerPoint skills with pitching deck.
  • Experience working with agencies and brands. Strong network with top tier advertisers a plus.
  • Background in digital or ad-tech with measurement knowledge
