Role Overview: As a Sales Manager, your main purpose will be to develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan focusing on new and existing sales strategies for key accounts. You will work under general direction to achieve this objective. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a cross-regional sales team and internal employees to drive sales growth in key accounts and build strong relationships. - Gather detailed information about accounts, identify decision-makers, understand strategic business challenges and priorities, and analyze information to prioritize opportunities critical to accounts. - Ensure professional sales coordination and account planning while resolving any account ownership issues that may arise. - Take responsibility for creating proposals, account or market plans, and forecasting/reporting sales activities. - Lead sales teams, which may include both direct and indirect reports.
