Job Description

Campaign Management & Optimization

  • Support campaign setup and trafficking across various platforms, ensuring accuracy and timely launches.
  • Monitor delivery and pacing, and apply basic optimization tactics under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Assist in troubleshooting issues with platforms, trackers, and targeting parameters.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of campaign details and workflows.

Client & Internal Collaboration

  • Help compile performance reports and contribute to internal reviews with actionable observations.
  • Collaborate with Client Solutions Managers and other stakeholders to align on campaign objectives and execution plans.
  • Participate in client calls or internal briefings as a support representative for the team.

Platform Expertise & Innovation

  • Stay updated on platform best practices, new features, and policy changes.
  • Explore new optimization strategies and test cases with guidance from senior team members.

Team Contribution & Growth

  • Learn from Seniors and Leads through mentorship and ongoing training.
  • Participate in team knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to a positive, learning-focused team culture.

Operational Excellence & Process Support

  • Uphold campaign quality assurance by reviewing setups and tracking implementations.
  • Suggest improvements to documentation or internal processes to increase efficiency.

Success Metrics

  • Campaign Accuracy: Precision in campaign setup and updates, with minimal revisions needed.
  • Optimization Impact: Contributions to improved pacing or performance metrics (e.g., CPM, CPV, CTR).
  • Internal Collaboration: Positive feedback from team members and CSMs based on communication and reliability.
  • Learning Growth: Demonstrated progress in platform knowledge & tool adoption.

Documentation & Workflow Support

: Timely and organized updates to trackers, templates, and shared documents

Qualifications

As a Senior Executive – Ad Operations, you will support the successful execution and optimization of digital campaigns across platforms such as YouTube, Meta and other paid social environments. In this role, you’ll work closely with Ad Operations Managers to ensure campaigns run smoothly and align with client goals. You’ll have the opportunity to build platform expertise, gain hands-on experience and contribute to client success while learning best practices in Ad Operations.This position is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to grow in the field, develop technical and strategic skills, and make an impact in a collaborative, fast-paced environmentMust have skills
