Sales Manager (Welding Equipment & Maintenance Industrial Chemicals)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to drive sales for welding equipment and maintenance industrial chemicals. The role requires extensive field travel across Karnataka, Telangana, and Tamil Nadu to engage with clients and expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets in the assigned territories.Conduct field visits to customer sites, factories, and offices to understand their needs and identify product selling opportunities.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.Provide tailored welding and maintenance solutions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.Demonstrate and promote welding equipment and industrial chemicals through presentations, product demos, and technical support.Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and documentation in a timely and accurate manner.Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve revenue growth.Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to improve sales strategies.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelors Degree OR Diploma in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).2-3 years of proven sales experience in the industrial sector, particularly in welding equipment and/or maintenance chemicals.Strong acumen in sales and marketing activities.Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and local languages.Ability to convey technical information clearly and persuasively.Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.Willingness to travel extensively within Karnataka, Telangana, and Tamil Nadu.Performance-based incentives.Travel Allowance for field visits.Opportunities for professional development & career advancement.Supportive and collaborative work environment.
