Sales Manager — Bangalore | Sales Role | Up to ₹6.8 LPA

About the Role

Lead revenue generation for products and services across Bangalore using phone, email, virtual meetings, and digital channels. This is a pure sales role focused on hunting and closing deals, managing accounts, and meeting targets without people-management or specified office/field requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business via calls, emails, virtual demos, and proposals.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead handling, pricing negotiation, contract closure, and handover to operations.
  • Grow revenue from assigned accounts through upsell and cross-sell activities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecast monthly revenue, and consistently meet targets.
  • Prepare persuasive proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Coordinate with pre-sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure successful onboarding and customer satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 2–6 years in sales, B2B or B2C, SaaS or solutions selling preferred but not mandatory.
  • Education: Graduate; MBA or sales certifications are a plus.
  • Skills: Strong closing and negotiation skills, CRM proficiency (Salesforce/Zoho/HubSpot), and ability to present value propositions clearly.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written English; regional language skills (Kannada/Hindi/Tamil) advantageous.
  • Attributes: Target-driven, consultative seller, self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
