Postion: Sales Manager (Real Estate)

Experience: 3–10 years (Real Estate or Non–Real Estate)

About the Role

We are looking for a high-performing Individual Sales Manager who can independently manage the entire sales process for our real estate projects in Coimbatore. You may or may not come from a real estate background — but you must have strong sales skills, persistence, and the ability to close deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the complete sales cycle from lead follow-up to site visits, negotiations, and final closure.
• Manage daily incoming leads from online portals, walk-ins, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
• Conduct professional site presentations to customers and highlight project features.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend the right villa options.
• Achieve monthly booking targets through consistent follow-ups and conversion strategies.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, customer updates, and follow-up trackers.
• Coordinate with CRM, marketing, and documentation teams for smooth post-booking processes.
• Stay updated on market pricing, competitor projects, and customer preferences in Coimbatore.

Candidate Profile

• Strong background in sales, even if not from real estate (Banking, Insurance, Automobiles, Retail, Hospitality, FMCG, etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• High self-motivation — able to work independently without depending on a team.
• Target-driven, customer-focused, and energetic.
• Willing to travel within Coimbatore for client meetings and site visits.
• Real estate experience is an advantage, not mandatory.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

• Coimbatore Racecourse, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
