Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist with expertise in Cisco Networking /Audio-Visual (AV) & Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales, establishing strong client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our organization's Networking and AV business unit.
Revenue Generation: Achieve and surpass assigned sales targets for Cisco Networking, AV & Cloud solutions. Client Acquisition and Retention: Actively pursue new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones. Product Knowledge and Presentation: Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of Cisco Networking and AV products & Cloud Solutions ; deliver compelling sales presentations. Sales Strategy Development: Formulate effective sales strategies to maximize business opportunities and market penetration. Collaboration and Coordination: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
Market Analysis and Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, analyze market dynamics, and provide insights for business growth. Pipeline Management: Maintain a well-managed and updated sales pipeline. Quotation and Proposal Accuracy: Prepare accurate and detailed quotations and proposals tailored to client needs. Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of advancements in Cisco Networking and AV technologies Plus Cloud domain to enhance sales effectiveness. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and solution delivery.
Qualification : (MBA (Sales) & Bachelor's degree (Pre-Sales)
