Sales Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Sales Executive for a renowned Multi-Designer Fashion Store that represents leading luxury brands and designers. The candidate must be stylish, polished, and fluent in English, with a strong understanding of fashion trends and premium customer service. Prior experience in luxury retail, designer boutiques, or high-end apparel is mandatory. The role requires engaging with elite clientele, offering personalized styling advice, and maintaining an elegant store atmosphere that reflects the brand’s luxury identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist clients, ensuring a warm, high-end shopping experience.
• Understand customer preferences and provide personalized styling suggestions.
• Showcase products with confidence and detailed product knowledge.
• Handle in-store sales, client billing, and inventory coordination efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Support visual merchandising and ensure the store reflects brand aesthetics.
• Stay updated on new designer collections, fashion trends, and brand launches.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high service standards.
• Coordinate with the management and designers for special client requests and custom orders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in luxury fashion or high-end retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
• Presentable, well-groomed, and confident with a pleasant personality.
• Strong sales aptitude, customer service mindset, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and maintain composure under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
