Role: Sales Manager


📍 Location: Bangalore, Karnataka

👥 Team Size: 35 sales executives (via 3 Team Leaders)

📈 Experience: 3+ years in Sales (with at least 2+ years in EdTech leadership roles)


What You’ll Do


Lead & Scale Sales Operations

Manage 3 Team Leaders and indirectly guide ~35 sales executives.

Drive overall sales performance, ensuring monthly and quarterly targets are consistently achieved.

Build a culture of discipline, accountability, and motivation across all teams.


Strategic Growth & Best Practices


Establish and enforce scalable sales processes to maximize conversions.

Analyze performance trends, set benchmarks, and drive process improvements across teams.

Align team targets with company-wide phase targets and incentive structures.


Leadership Development


Coach and mentor Team Leaders, empowering them to build strong frontline teams.

Conduct regular training and reviews to ensure high-performing sales culture.

Identify potential leaders and create succession plans.


Collaboration & Reporting


Work closely with senior leadership to align sales strategies with marketing and product initiatives.

Share weekly dashboards, pipeline reports, and revenue forecasts.

Act as a key driver in expansion and scaling plans for Unlox.


🎯 What We’re Looking For


3+ years of proven sales leadership, preferably in EdTech / SaaS.

Experience managing multi-level sales structures (Team Leads + Executives).

Strong analytical and data-driven approach to sales performance.

Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).

Excellent people management, training, and conflict-resolution skills.
