Role Overview
ICA Edu Skills is seeking a Sales Manager to build and manage strategic alliances with universities and higher-ed institutions. This individual will handle the complete sales cycle—from outreach and relationship building to negotiation, closure, and ongoing partnership management—to drive program adoption and student engagement.
Key Responsibilities
· Partnership Acquisition: Identify and engage prospective universities.
· Sales Strategy: Develop university-specific sales and account plans.
· Full-Cycle Sales: Lead prospecting, proposal design, negotiation, and deal closure.
· Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate relationships with Deans, HoDs, placement officers, and senior academics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with delivery, marketing, program, and finance teams.
· Performance Monitoring: Track pipeline, conversions, and revenue; maintain regular reporting.
· Industry Insight: Stay updated on trends in higher education, ed‑tech, accreditation, and funding.
· Representation: Attend campus events, conferences, and networking forums.
Qualifications & Experience
· Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
· Experience: 3–6 years in B2B or enterprise sales, ideally within education, ed‑tech, consulting, or skills training.
· Communication Skills: Strong presentation and negotiation capabilities.
· Organizational Excellence: Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
· Mobility: Residing in or near Delhi, with readiness to travel.
