Sales Manager

Company Profile:

They are the leaders in the Amusement Industry, specializing in cutting-edge Indoor Entertainment Centers and vibrant Entertainment Hubs, With 900+ bowling lanes and 17,000+ games installed across 200+ venues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to drive growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual client meetings and presentations.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process and provide ongoing client support.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide insights to senior leadership.
  • Attend and represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience:

  • 57 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience in the amusement or fitness equipment industry is a plus.
  • Strong track record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Data-driven with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to build lasting client relationships and handle objections effectively.
