Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts at Motia Dwarka Riverfront. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales of residential plots, managing a sales team, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve project-specific sales targets.
• Manage and lead a team of sales executives, guiding them through sales processes and performance monitoring.
• Identify potential clients through networking, site visits, and digital/physical marketing leads.
• Conduct property presentations and site tours with prospective buyers.
• Maintain strong follow-up and client relationship management to convert leads into confirmed bookings.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan campaigns, events, and promotions for lead generation.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
• Ensure customer satisfaction from first inquiry through post-sale documentation and support.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field.
• 2–8 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in residential plotting projects.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
• Strong network in the local real estate market is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
