About the Role As a Sales Manager at Go Global Vacations, you will be responsible for leading the sales team and driving revenue through strategic travel package sales. You will work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure consistent lead conversion, customer satisfaction, and business growth. This is an office-based role in Hyderabad, ideal for someone with strong leadership and communication skills and a passion for travel. Key Responsibilities: Drive B2C and B2B sales for international and domestic tour packages. Lead a team of sales executives, ensuring targets are met and exceeded. Create and implement sales strategies aligned with business goals. Work with marketing to convert qualified leads into bookings. Guide clients in selecting suitable travel packages based on preferences and budget. Maintain and update CRM systems for accurate tracking and reporting. Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. Provide feedback to improve package offerings and sales processes. Requirements Educational Background: Bachelor s degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field. Experience: 6 to 8 years of proven experience in travel sales or a similar field, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Sound understanding of domestic and international travel markets. Experience using CRM tools for lead and pipeline management. Goal-oriented mindset with strong organisational skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Other Job Details Work Schedule: 6-day workweek, 10 am to 7 pm.
