Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Manager role located in Gurugram at The Luxury Real Estate. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and collaborating with other departments to drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Sales Management, Sales Strategy, and Client Relationship Management skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
  • Analytical thinking and market trend analysis skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong results-driven approach
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Real estate industry experience is a plus
