Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead and expand our Tata Commercial Vehicle sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the automobile industry , preferably in commercial vehicle sales , and proven leadership skills to drive performance, manage a sales team, and meet business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase vehicle sales and market share. Identify and target potential B2B and fleet customers in and around Bhilwara. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and customer feedback. Build strong relationships with customers, transport companies, and financial institutions. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and after-sales support. Coordinate with Tata Motors for product training, updates, and compliance. Manage vehicle inventory and support the marketing team in promotional campaigns. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Automobile Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in automobile sales (commercial vehicle segment preferred). Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of Tata Commercial Vehicles and the regional transport industry.
