Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify and target high-potential commercial and industrial clients for solar rooftop EPC projects.
    Develop a strong sales pipeline through cold calls, site visits, networking events, referrals, and digital campaigns.

2. Client Consultation & Proposal Development

Engage with CXOs, plant heads, facility managers, or sustainability teams to understand their energy requirements.
Perform preliminary feasibility analysis / site survey based on client site data and load profile.

3. Sales Strategy & Execution / Reporting

Own and drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contract conditions while maintaining company margins.Maintain and update CRM systems with pipeline details, client interactions, and follow-ups.

Additional

Regulatory & Financial Advisory

Educate clients on net metering policies, state-level solar incentives, and DISCOM regulations.
Assist clients in evaluating CAPEX vs. OPEX models (e.g., PPA, RESCO) and financing options.
