Location : Kandivali (W) Charkop, Mumbai Experience : 8 -10 Years. Salary:Upto10.0LPA+Incentive. Employment Type: Full-time Work Days: Monday to Saturday Job Overview: We are seeking a seasoned and target-driven Senior Sales Professional with 8–10 years of proven experience in selling electrical products specifically to Institutional clients such as Electricity Boards, EPC Contractors, NTPC, PGCIL, large corporates, and infrastructure projects. The candidate should bring strong expertise in navigating complex sales cycles involving tenders and large-scale procurement in the electricity sector. Key Responsibilities: •Develop and manage long-term relationships with key institutional clients including Electricity Boards, NTPC, PGCIL, and large EPC contractors. •Drive sales through active participation in government and private tenders. •Identify and pursue opportunities in large infrastructure and power sector projects. •Ensure thorough understanding of client requirements, technical specifications, and regulatory compliance. •Collaborate with internal teams for pricing, technical documentation, and contract execution. •Provide end-to-end sales support from lead generation to order fulfillment and post-sales service. •Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and potential for product penetration. •Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and strategic account plans Qualifications & Skills: •Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred) . • Strong network within Electricity Boards, EPC Contractors, and government power agencies. •In-depth knowledge of government tendering processes and large-scale project sales. •Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. •Self-starter with a result-oriented mindset and willingness to travel Pan India.
