Sales Manager - State Level (Corporate Gifting / Electrical Appliances

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to handle state-level operations for our corporate gifting or electrical appliances division. The ideal candidate should possess strong market knowledge, vendor generation skills, and proven expertise in leading a sales team. The role involves extensive travel across the state and strategizing to boost revenue and market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end sales operations within the assigned state.
• Develop and execute state-specific sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Identify and onboard new vendors, distributors, and corporate clients.
• Maintain strong knowledge of current market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, vendors, and channel partners.
• Coordinate with marketing, purchase, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct market visits and client meetings regularly, with travel across the state as required.
• Prepare and present monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.
• Ensure timely collections and support in resolving client issues or escalations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in corporate gifting or electrical appliances.
• Proven experience in state-level sales management and team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of market trends, pricing, and vendor ecosystems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the state.
