Job Description

This role is responsible for driving B2B sales for employee transportation and fleet services (ICE/EV, shuttles, last-mile, and customized mobility solutions). The incumbent will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to solutioning, commercial negotiation, and closure—followed by a structured handover to operations. The Senior Sales Manager level additionally contributes to territory strategy, complex deal shaping, and mentoring junior team members.


  • Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Account Management
  • Proficiency in Sales Strategies, Sales Presentations, and Sales Negotiation
  • Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Leadership skills
  • Analytical skills, Business Acumen, and the ability to forecast sales trends
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the logistics industry is a plus
