Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Sales Management

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned projects.
  • Conduct site visits, client meetings, presentations, and property walkthroughs.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable project offerings.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead inquiry to booking and final closure.
  • Maintain strong relationships with HNIs, investors, and retail customers.

Sourcing & Lead Generation

  • Identify and onboard new channel partners, brokers, and corporate clients.
  • Drive consistent lead flow through CP networks, referral programs, and digital sources.
  • Track, evaluate, and improve sourcing performance with regular reporting.
  • Participate in real estate events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

Channel Partner Management

  • Build and manage productive relationships with channel partners across Mumbai.
  • Conduct CP meetings, project briefings, training sessions, and site orientation.
  • Ensure partners are updated on pricing, availability, and incentive structures.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis

  • Stay updated on Mumbai real estate trends, pricing movements, and competitor offerings.
  • Provide inputs for marketing and sales strategy based on market insights.

Documentation & Coordination

  • Coordinate with CRM, legal, finance, and marketing teams for smooth booking & handover processes.
  • Ensure timely documentation, agreement signing, and payment follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate MIS for leads, site visits, conversions, and sales performance.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum

    3 years of real estate sales / sourcing / channel partner management

    experience (preferably Mumbai market).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven track record of closing deals in residential real estate.
  • Ability to work in a high-performance, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and sales reporting.
  • Self-motivated, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree Any
  • Experience in renowned real estate developers or strong CP networks is an added advantage.
