Role Overview

The AVP - Broker Relations is responsible for building, nurturing, and managing strong relationships with real estate brokers and channel partners. This role ensures consistent lead generation, drives property sales, and strengthens the companys market presence through strategic engagement with the broker network.

Key Responsibilities

Broker Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with real estate brokers and channel partners.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for broker inquiries, support, and escalation.
  • Conduct regular broker meetings, presentations, and site visits to improve engagement and performance.

Sales Growth & Performance Management

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through broker-driven leads.
  • Work closely with the sales team to support conversions and ensure brokers have up-to-date information about inventory and pricing.
  • Track sales performance, analyze broker contribution, and optimize engagement strategies.
  • Ensure brokers understand project features, USPs, market positioning, and competitive advantages.

Business Development

  • Identify opportunities to onboard new brokers and expand the broker network.
  • Analyze territory potential and competitor activities to recommend expansion strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support broker acquisition campaigns.

Market Intelligence

  • Gather feedback from brokers on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive projects.
  • Provide actionable insights to internal teams to improve project positioning and pricing strategies.

Operational Coordination

  • Manage broker onboarding documentation, agreements, and compliance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, CRM, Finance) to ensure smooth broker operations.
  • Support brokers with promotional materials, project updates, and lead-handling tools.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on broker performance, sales pipelines, and market insights.
  • Monitor incentive structures and ensure timely processing of broker payout
