Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Delhi, India. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives, identifying and acquiring new clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The role requires setting and meeting sales targets, presenting sustainable energy solutions, and negotiating contracts. Additional responsibilities include conducting market analysis, preparing proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, business development, and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability in client relationship management and customer service
  • Strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Understanding of solar energy solutions, renewable energy industry, or similar technical knowledge (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in verbal and written formats
  • Proficiency in market analysis and preparing sales proposals
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, and willingness to travel as required
