Sales Manager

This is an on-roll profile that requires a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail & domestic sales within the Solar industry. Ideally, previous experience in the renewable energy or environmental sector would be advantageous. To excel in this role, you should have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. An analytical mindset is crucial, along with proficiency in sales forecasting and strategy development. As a Sales Manager, you will need to be willing to travel to meet clients and attend industry events, making excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential for building relationships at all levels. We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in any subject, while an MBA would be preferred. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth in the solar renewable sector. You will lead the sales team, ensuring sales targets are met and team performance is enhanced. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting sales reports, forecasts, and performance evaluations to senior management. Collaboration with marketing and product development teams is essential to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies.
