Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Agra. The Sales Manager will oversee day-to-day sales operations, develop and implement sales strategies, and manage a team to achieve business goals. The role involves identifying potential markets, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth while ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaboration with various stakeholders to meet organizational objectives is an integral part of this role.

Qualifications

Strong sales and business development skills, including market analysis and customer acquisition
Team management and leadership abilities to guide and motivate staff
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strategic planning and problem-solving capabilities
Experience in financial services, particularly loans or NBFCs, is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
Proficiency in regional languages and familiarity with the Agra market is advantageous
