Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager at Smart Realty, you will play a crucial role in driving real estate sales in Delhi and Gurugram. Your strong communication skills, real estate market knowledge, and proven track record in achieving sales targets will be instrumental in your success. Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales of residential/commercial real estate projects in the assigned region. - Generate leads through field visits, referrals, digital platforms, and networking. - Conduct site visits and follow up with prospective clients. - Manage client relationships and provide end-to-end guidance throughout the sales process. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Collaborate with marketing and tele-calling teams for lead management. - Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and client needs. Requirements: - Minimum 2-5 years of experience in real estate sales. - Strong negotiation and closing skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Self-motivated with a target-driven approach. - Familiarity with Delhi & Gurugram property markets. - Own vehicle (bike or car) preferred. Educational Qualification: - Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG in Sales or Marketing is a plus). In addition to the above, the company offers a competitive salary range of 35,000 - 50,000 per month with performance-based incentives.
