The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and ensuring targets are met. Daily tasks include client consultations, property viewings, sales team meetings, and collaboration with marketing to promote listings. The role requires consistent client interactions, relationship building, and effective communication to ensure client satisfaction and successful transactions.
