Job Title: Management Trainee – Real Estate Sales Location: Smart Realty, Gurugram Duration: 1 Year Employment Type: Full-time Management Trainee Program Placement Opportunity: Eligible for full-time placement upon successful completion of the program About Us: Smart Realty is a dynamic and fast-growing real estate firm dedicated to delivering high-quality residential and commercial solutions to our clients. Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and organized Management Trainee to join our Sales team. The selected candidate will undergo a comprehensive 1-year training program designed to prepare them for future management roles within the organization. During the training period, candidates will gain hands-on experience across multiple business functions, with a strong focus on real estate sales, client servicing, and team operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Undergo training across various departments, especially sales and client management. 2. Support the sales team in lead generation, client follow-ups, and closure activities. 3. Attend property site visits and client meetings to gain practical exposure. 4. Learn and apply Smart Realty’s real estate offerings, including product features, benefits, and pricing. 5. Maintain and update client records and sales reports accurately. 6. Identify customer needs and propose appropriate property solutions. 7. Participate in regular team meetings, workshops, and training sessions. 8. Assist in resolving customer queries and handle objections professionally. 9. Provide feedback and suggestions for internal process improvements. 10. Travel to other project locations/offices if required. 11. Successfully complete evaluations during and after the probation period. Eligibility Criteria: Education: 1. Graduates from any discipline (Bachelor’s degree required) 2. Postgraduates (Master’s degree preferred for higher stipend bracket) Skills Required: 1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills 2. Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail 3. Leadership potential with a positive attitude 4. Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative 5. Proficient in MS Office and basic documentation Compensation: 1. Graduates: ₹15,000 per month (fixed) + Performance-Based Incentives 2. Postgraduates: ₹20,000 per month (fixed) + Performance-Based Incentives 3. Incentives will be evaluated and awarded based on sales performance and monthly targets. Career Path & Growth: Upon successful completion of the 1-year training program, and based on performance evaluations, candidates may be offered a permanent managerial or sales role within Smart Realty. The program is designed to provide a clear pathway to leadership roles in the real estate sector.
