Job Summary

Lead and manage DST/DSA sales teams to drive Home Loan business through channel partners. Responsible for team productivity, sourcing quality cases, and achieving monthly disbursement targets.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and drive DST/DSA team performance for Home Loan sourcing
Recruit, train, and motivate sales executives and channel partners
Achieve login, sanction, and disbursement targets on a monthly basis
Ensure process adherence, documentation quality, and minimal TAT

Requirements :

1 To 5 years of experience in Home Loan sales (DST/DSA mandatory)
Strong team handling and channel management exposure
Proven track record in target achievement and disbursements
Graduate with good local market and builder/DCP network
