Roles & Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy

  : Plan and execute the monthly and quarterly

  Loan Against Property (LAP)

  strategy to ensure regional goals are overachieved.

• Channel Partner Management

  : Identify and tie up with potential channel partners, including

  DSAs and connectors

  , to generate business leads.

• Sales & Operations

  : Handle all aspects of the sales cycle, including managing documentation, supporting customers with application files, and mitigating issues.

• Relationship Management

  : Build and maintain strong relationships with the distribution network to drive sales and plan promotional activities.

• Customer Focus

  : Uphold customer centricity and create a culture of customer satisfaction across all levels of the team.

• Reporting

  : Maintain a database, prepare MIS reports, and provide regular updates on sales performance.

• Cross-Selling

  : Cross-sell insurance and other related products to customers.

Skills Required:

• Experience in

  NBFC

  or

  Banking

  .
• Proven track record in selling

  Loan Against Property (LAP)

  products.
• Strong skills in planning and executing sales strategies.
• Experience in identifying and managing channel partners.
• Excellent relationship management and communication abilities.
• Must be customer-centric with a focus on service delivery and satisfaction.
• Proficient in maintaining databases and MIS reporting.

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
