Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Kolkata. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves coordinating with the production and operations team to ensure customer requirements are met, conducting market research, and participating in sales meetings and presentations. Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills Experience in developing sales strategies and managing customer relationships Ability to identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in market research and analysis Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field Experience in the manufacturing or engineering industry is a plus Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
