1. Devises new ways to expand that client base.
2. Develops promotional and advertising materials for the hotel. 3. Reaches out to corporate houses to promote the hotels for conferences and events. 4. Meets with representatives from these companies to explain the hotels merits and amenities. 5. Networks with wedding planners and special event planners to encourage hotel bookings. 6. Designs and advertises special group rates and packages to increase larger bookings. 7. Maintains positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat and recurring business. 8. Must be well informed on market intelligence, new developments, competition rates etc.
1. Should have good market knowledge of Udaipur, Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Rajkot, Jodhpur, Delhi and Gujarat Corporate and Travel Agents.
2. Minimum 5-7 years experience as a Sales Senior Executive, preferably in the hotel industry. 3. Exhibits excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. 4. Excellent English communication and written skills. 5. Is familiar with the workings of the hotel and hospitality industry.
6. Good negotiation and convincing skills.
