Job Description

Location: kanker Khera , Delhi road
Department: Sales Development

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to deliver outstanding results.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with campaigns.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective service and relationship management.
  • Train and onboard new sales staff to maintain high performance standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 4+ years of sales experience
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
