Job Description

The Role
As a Sales Manager, you will own the end-to-end customer acquisition and closing process from the first interaction to successful contract signing. You will play a pivotal role in building strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and shaping the sales strategy in collaboration with senior leadership.Key Responsibilities:Take full ownership of the sales cycle: identifying prospects, initiating contact, pitching the AbleCold value proposition, developing proposals, negotiating prices, and closing contracts.Proactively generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry research to identify the right decision-makers.Deliver compelling sales presentations both over the phone and in-person, tailoring solutions to client needs.Prepare accurate quotations and proposals based on customer requirements.Lead pricing discussions and negotiations to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.Collaborate with Senior Sales Leaders to refine sales strategies, improve processes, and identify new market opportunities.Maintain detailed records of leads, interactions, and progress in the CRM for effective tracking and follow-ups.What Were Looking For:A self-starter who loves chasing (and winning) targetsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsProven track record in B2B sales (food/Pharma/logistics/cold chain experience a plus)
