Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Lucknow. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, negotiating and closing real estate transactions, and managing client relationships. Duties include market research, property showings, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for meeting sales targets and contributing to the growth and success of the company. Qualifications Strong understanding of real estate market trends and local property values Experience in sales, negotiation, and closing deals Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain and develop client relationships Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets Highly motivated and self-driven Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field is preferred Prior experience in real estate sales is beneficial
