Roles and Responsibilities


• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets through commercial leasing, luxury sales, HNI sales, and real estate marketing.

• Manage a team of sales professionals to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key clients to expand the company's presence in the real estate industry.

• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive Ahmedabad real estate landscape.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective marketing campaigns that drive lead generation.


Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in commercial sales, commercial leasing, or related fields (real estate sales).

• Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.

• Strong understanding of the Ahmedabad real estate market with knowledge of local regulations and industry trends.

• Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with clients at all levels.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
