As a Sales Manager specializing in Sea Freight Exports, your role will involve leading business development efforts and managing key accounts within the export logistics segment. You are expected to leverage your strong market knowledge, proven sales experience, and established relationships with shipping lines, NVOCCs, and overseas agents. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement effective sales strategies for Sea Freight Export services. - Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, acquiring potential customers. - Foster and maintain robust relationships with clients, shipping lines, and agents. - Collaborate closely with pricing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution. - Meet sales targets and drive profitability for the organization. - Produce regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates on customer feedback. - Ensure adherence to export documentation, Incoterms, and trade regulations. **Candidate Requirements:** - Education: Graduate in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred). - Experience: Minimum 5 years in Sea Freight Export Sales within the freight forwarding industry. - Proficiency in Incoterms, export procedures, and documentation. - Strong network with shipping lines, NVOCCs, and international partners. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools. - Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently under pressure. - Willingness to travel for client visits and business development activities.
