Job Description

Gather and evaluate vendor quotes to negotiate favorable rates and maintain a database for pricing comparison Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on leads to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Coordination with overseas suppliers and agents Managing international sea and air cargo movement Handling pricing with the best freight to support team in business from new & existing customers. Should have the knowledge of preparing & filing of complete exports and well versed CHECKLIST, E-Sanchit, preparing E- AWB, MBL, HBL, Submission of SI / VGM- TR Handover on Odex, MIS Reports etc. BOL, custom clearance, and other Import related documentation & operations. Provide guidance to the customer service team on pricing-related queries and ensure timely responses. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment Liaise with Shipping Lines, Overseas Counterparts, Customs Brokers, Transport Vendors, Port Authorities Other Vendors to ensure competitive pricing is sourced and fed in system. Responsible for negotiating, maintaining and updating tariffs for worldwide destinations on our technology backed tariff management & shipment booking portal.
