We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to lead our hotel’s sales team at Ishaan Sarovar Portico Deoghar. You will focus on building strong client relationships, increasing room and banquet sales, and driving revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals of the hotel
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain client relationships in the feeder market
  • Handle corporate, group, and event bookings to generate new revenue streams
  • Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure business development
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for the hotel in line with corporate standards and the hotel requirements
  • Align sales strategies to the organization goals


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field
  • 6+ years of sales experience in the hospitality industry
  • Experience of working in Hotels in or around Jharkhand
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
