Sales Manager/ Sales Executive

The main responsibility of this role is to generate business by effectively handling allocated leads and providing comprehensive information about Poorvi Housing and residential projects. You will be required to lead and manage team members, providing support by working closely with them, offering regular marketing training, and ensuring the team achieves sales goals. Your duties will include developing pricing strategies and sales plans for each project, using innovation to drive sales, staying updated on market trends, gathering intelligence on competitors, and creating strategies to stay ahead of the competition. You will be expected to provide insights to the marketing teams to measure the effectiveness of branding initiatives and help in planning future initiatives. Additionally, you will need to forecast business volume from direct sales and provide necessary support to meet targets. Furthermore, you will play a role in project ideation and planning, initiate below-the-line marketing activities for all projects in the assigned area, collaborate with the marketing team on various online and offline marketing activities to maximize lead generation, and propose ideas for process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance and provident fund. The job requires relocation or commuting to Mangalore, Karnataka. A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with 10 years of total work experience and 2 years of experience in business development.
